All user creations are locally stored in the app's grid-based Works library, supporting local preview, gallery saving, sharing and deletion. Extpanis adopts a paid service model, allowing users to purchase coin packs or activate auto-renewable monthly, six-month, and yearly subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscribed users can obtain bonus coins and exclusive privileges including local gallery saving and priority customer support. Users can manage subscriptions and restore purchase permissions through Apple ID settings. The app's cache cleaning function only removes temporary files without affecting user saved works. Extpanis does not require any account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding of any kind, supporting completely anonymous usage for all users. Extpanis exclusively adopts fully self-developed Extpanis AI creative and rendering services throughout all functional links, without invoking, accessing, or relying on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical services, or third-party data processing resources. Extpanis never uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, or forwards any user original photos, uploaded image materials, customized creative parameters, temporary rendering files, and final generated images and videos to any third-party institutions, service providers, platforms, or external servers under any circumstances. Extpanis strictly implements a full-range zero-collection policy for user facial data and biometric information, and never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, records, or stores any user facial features, facial biometric data, portrait recognition information, selfies, facial template data, or any type of personal biological identifiers. Extpanis does not integrate any third-party face-analysis services or external biometric identification tools, and all self-developed AI processing logic only focuses on overall image optimization and video rendering without any facial data extraction, analysis or storage. This policy applies to all functional usage scenarios of Extpanis.
Extpanis is exclusively available only for users who are eighteen years of age or older. All individuals who download, install, access and use any creative functions, paid coin services and subscription functions of Extpanis must have reached the legal age of majority in their respective countries and regions. Users shall independently complete age confirmation and bear full responsibility for verifying their age qualification before using any core application functions. Minors are strictly prohibited from downloading, installing and using Extpanis and all its internal services. The application does not provide any functional services, technical support or paid service permissions for minor users. We do not collect any information related to minors, and we reserve the right to permanently restrict and terminate the device's access to all Extpanis functions once minor usage is confirmed. All risks, losses and usage liabilities arising from underage usage or false age confirmation shall be independently borne by the user.
All core functional processes of Extpanis, including image edge expansion, multi-style intelligent filling, picture detail optimization and dynamic video frame synthesis, are independently completed by Extpanis's self-developed AI engine without any third-party technical participation or external resource invocation. The entire creative processing system is a closed local operation system, which does not access any third-party algorithm interfaces, cloud computing servers and external data processing platforms. No user uploaded images, creative parameter settings and generated creative works will be transmitted to any external network servers or third-party institutions in any processing link. Every image analysis and rendering calculation is completed locally on the user's iPhone device, completely isolating external data interception and privacy leakage risks.
Extpanis has never cooperated with any third-party technical service providers, and all AI function iteration, effect optimization and functional upgrade work are independently completed by the official Extpanis technical team. There is no third-party data collection, third-party algorithm assistance and external content analysis in any functional link of the application. Extpanis adheres to the strictest privacy protection standards and implements a permanent zero-collection, zero-analysis and zero-storage policy for all user facial information and biometric data. When users upload various portrait photos or daily pictures for image expansion and video creation, the self-developed AI engine only performs overall picture edge extension, global style filling and visual effect optimization. It will never actively scan, extract, identify and record user facial contour features, facial feature points, skin biometric characteristics and other unique personal biological identifiers. The AI processing logic only targets the overall visual effect of the picture, and does not contain any facial recognition, face matching, biometric comparison and facial data modeling functions.
All user uploaded image materials are only used for the single creative task actively initiated by the user. After the completion of AI generation, all temporary image cache and rendering intermediate data will be automatically cleared by the system. Extpanis will never retain user facial feature data, build user facial databases, store portrait biometric information or use user facial data for any technical iteration and algorithm training. Throughout all creative processes, user portrait privacy and biological information are completely protected without any collection and leakage risks.
Extpanis supports full anonymous usage for all users. Users can use all creative functions, paid services and sharing functions without any account registration, login verification, email binding and real-name authentication. The application does not collect any user personal identifiable information, including user name, gender, age, geographic location, contact information and other private content. At the same time, Extpanis will not actively collect device information, network IP addresses, application running logs and user operation track data, ensuring that all user usage behaviors are completely anonymous and cannot be associated with any personal identity information.
All user operation records and creative data only exist locally on the user's device, and no data will be uploaded to the cloud or transmitted to third-party platforms. Extpanis does not collect user private personal data for advertising profile production, commercial analysis and user behavior statistics, completely protecting user personal privacy from commercial exploitation.
All user uploaded original images, adjusted creative parameters, generated expanded pictures and dynamic video works are all stored locally on the user's iPhone device by default. Extpanis will not actively upload, synchronize, back up or share user local creative content to any external servers and third-party platforms. Users have absolute independent control over all local works, and can freely preview, save, export and delete creative content according to personal needs.
The camera permission applied by the application is only used to support users to take real-time photos for creation, and the photo library permission is only used to support local image uploading and creative work saving. Without corresponding permissions, the above related functions cannot be used normally. The network permission is only used to complete local AI generation task verification and will not transmit any user private data. All temporary cache files generated during operation can be manually cleared through the cache cleaning function, which will not affect the user's saved creative works.
Users shall use Extpanis for legal, positive and healthy personal non-commercial creative purposes only. Users are fully responsible for all uploaded image materials and all generated picture and video works. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, saving, exporting and sharing any pornographic, vulgar, obscene, violent, bloody, terrorist, illegal and socially inappropriate harmful content. Users are not allowed to create any content that violates public order and good customs, infringes third-party portrait rights, privacy rights and intellectual property rights, or contains false misleading information and malicious guiding content.
Users must only upload original images that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to edit and use. Any legal disputes, copyright risks and liabilities caused by unauthorized material uploading and illegal content creation shall be independently borne by users. Although Extpanis does not actively monitor user local creative content and never transmits user private data to third-party services, we reserve the right to permanently restrict device access and terminate all usage qualifications if any prohibited creation behaviors are confirmed.
All static images uploaded by users and all AI-expanded pictures and dynamic video works generated by Extpanis are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Extpanis will never use user uploaded images and generated creative works for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display and data analysis, and will never transmit user creative content to any third-party institutions and platforms. All user creative works belong to personal private assets, and users enjoy complete independent ownership and usage rights.
We reserve the right to optimize and update this Privacy Policy according to product function iteration and service upgrade needs. The updated policy content will be displayed on the application setting page and take effect immediately after publication. Users' continued use of Extpanis after policy updates will be deemed as automatic acceptance of new policy terms. All policy updates will never change the core privacy protection commitments of Extpanis, including independent operation of self-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
