This Subscription Agreement clarifies all service rules, subscription terms, user privileges and usage specifications for all paid subscription services provided by Extpanis. Extpanis is a premium AI-assisted image expansion and dynamic video creation tool for personal creative use, offering local AI generation, image expansion and dynamic video production functions for all users. Extpanis does not require any account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding of any kind, supporting completely anonymous usage for all users. Extpanis exclusively adopts fully self-developed Extpanis AI creative and rendering services throughout all functional links, without invoking, accessing, or relying on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical services, or third-party data processing resources. Extpanis never uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, or forwards any user original photos, uploaded image materials, customized creative parameters, temporary rendering files, and final generated images and videos to any third-party institutions, service providers, platforms, or external servers under any circumstances. Extpanis strictly implements a full-range zero-collection policy for user facial data and biometric information, and never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, records, or stores any user facial features, facial biometric data, portrait recognition information, selfies, facial template data, or any type of personal biological identifiers. By purchasing and activating any Extpanis subscription service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
All Extpanis subscription services are only available for users aged eighteen years old and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective regions are qualified to purchase and use all subscription plans and exclusive benefits. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing and using any paid subscription services of Extpanis. Any subscription behavior initiated by minors will be invalidated, and no refund will be provided. All subscription purchase and usage responsibilities are borne solely by adult users.
Extpanis provides four types of official auto-renewable subscription plans for users to choose from, covering different usage cycles to meet diverse user needs. All subscription plans adopt an auto-renewal mechanism by default to ensure continuous valid service privileges during the subscription period. All subscription fees are clearly displayed on the in-app subscription page before payment, and specific prices are subject to real-time display and Apple App Store rules. The official subscription plans include the following types:
Weekly Subscription: Auto-renewable subscription valid for one week, automatically renewed upon expiration.
Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewable subscription valid for one month, automatically renewed upon expiration.
Six Month Subscription: Auto-renewable subscription valid for six months, automatically renewed upon expiration.
Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewable subscription valid for one year, automatically renewed upon expiration.
All subscription payments are processed through the official Apple In-App Purchase channel. Users can restore valid subscription permissions through the Restore Purchases function on the same Apple account. Extpanis does not collect or obtain any user payment information, transaction records and billing data, and never transmits relevant information to any third-party institutions.
All Extpanis subscription plans include unified exclusive user benefits. No style unlocking, template access or additional functional unlocking rights are included in any subscription package. During the valid subscription period, subscribed users can enjoy the following three exclusive privileges for personal non-commercial use:
Save all creations to gallery: Subscribed users can save all AI-generated image and video creations to the local device gallery without quantity limits during the valid subscription term.
Priority customer support: Subscribed users enjoy exclusive priority customer support, with faster response and professional processing for all consultation and feedback requests.
Bonus coin rewards upon successful subscription: Users will receive a certain number of official in-app coins as exclusive gifts after successfully activating any subscription package. The specific quantity of bonus coins is subject to the real-time display on the in-app purchase page, and the gifted coins can be used for subsequent AI generation consumption.
All subscription benefit services are implemented based on Extpanis self-developed AI services and local device operation logic, with no third-party technical participation or external data transmission. All user subscription data, coin balance and creative content are only stored locally on the user's device. After the subscription expires or auto-renewal is cancelled, exclusive subscription benefits will cease, while locally saved works and unused coins will be permanently retained.
All subscription plans are auto-renewable by default. The system will automatically deduct fees and renew the subscription at the end of each valid period, unless users actively cancel the auto-renewal function at least 24 hours before expiration. Users can view subscription status, valid period and renewal records in Apple ID subscription management settings, and cancel auto-renewal at any time during the valid subscription period. After cancellation, the current subscription benefits remain valid until the end of the current term, and no partial refund will be provided for unused time.
All refund applications shall comply with official Apple App Store policies. Users can apply for a full refund within seven days after subscription activation. Once the refund is approved, all subscription privileges will be terminated immediately. No refund will be accepted for expired subscriptions or services terminated due to user violation of usage rules. The entire refund process does not involve any private data collection and transmission, and all operation records are stored locally on the user's device.
All subscription benefits are only applicable to personal non-commercial creative use. Users are prohibited from reselling, renting, sharing or commercially utilizing subscription qualifications and benefits. Any abnormal technical operations to obtain subscription privileges are strictly forbidden. Extpanis does not monitor user local creative content and subscription usage records, and never transmits any user data to third-party platforms.
All subscription services run based on Extpanis independent self-developed AI technology and local operation mechanism. No third-party services, external computing resources or data processing tools are involved in the subscription benefit provision process. Extpanis does not collect any facial information, biometric data, personal identity information and subscription logs of subscribed users. All subscription activation and benefit usage behaviors are anonymous, and all private data is completely controlled by users themselves.
We reserve the right to optimize and adjust this Subscription Agreement according to product iteration needs. Updated terms will be displayed in the app settings and take effect immediately. Continued use of subscription services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. All updates will not change Extpanis's core privacy protection commitments and independent AI service operation rules.
