This User Agreement defines the official usage rules, service scope, functional specifications and user responsibilities for Extpanis. Extpanis is a premium iPhone-based AI-assisted image expansion and dynamic video creation tool for personal creative use. Users can capture real-time photos or upload local images, adjust expand ranges and diverse fill styles to generate intelligent expanded images, and convert static pictures into smooth dynamic short videos. Each successful image generation consumes 30 coins and each video generation consumes 100 coins, with valid failed attempts eligible for coin refunds. All creative works are saved locally in the Works library, supporting preview, gallery saving, sharing and deletion. Users can purchase consumable coin packs or auto-renewable monthly, six-month, and yearly subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscribed users receive exclusive bonus coins and privileges including unlimited gallery saving of creations and priority customer support. All subscription services can be managed or restored through the user's Apple ID settings. The app's cache clearing function only removes temporary files and will not delete user's saved creative works. Extpanis does not require any account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding of any kind, supporting completely anonymous usage for all users. Extpanis exclusively adopts fully self-developed Extpanis AI creative and rendering services throughout all functional links, without invoking, accessing, or relying on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical services, or third-party data processing resources. Extpanis never uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, or forwards any user original photos, uploaded image materials, customized creative parameters, temporary rendering files, and final generated images and videos to any third-party institutions, service providers, platforms, or external servers under any circumstances. Extpanis strictly implements a full-range zero-collection policy for user facial data and biometric information, and never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, records, or stores any user facial features, facial biometric data, portrait recognition information, selfies, facial template data, or any type of personal biological identifiers. Extpanis does not integrate any third-party face-analysis services or external biometric identification tools, and all self-developed AI processing logic only focuses on overall image optimization and video rendering without any facial data extraction, analysis or storage. By downloading, installing and using Extpanis, you confirm that you fully read, understand and accept all terms of this Agreement.
Extpanis is exclusively available only for users who are eighteen years of age or older. Only adult users who have reached the legal age of majority in their regions are qualified to access and use all app functions, paid coin services and subscription features. Minors are strictly prohibited from using Extpanis. We reserve the right to permanently restrict device access if minor usage is identified. All usage behaviors and related responsibilities are independently borne by adult users.
Extpanis grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the application for individual non-commercial creative purposes. All intellectual property rights of the app, including self-developed AI engine, functional logic and creative mechanisms, are fully owned by the official team. Users shall not crack, reverse engineer, modify, copy, rent or commercially exploit any part of the application. All creative processing runs on self-developed Extpanis AI services with no third-party technical participation or external data invocation.
All AI image expansion, style filling and dynamic video generation processes run locally on the user's device. Extpanis's independent AI system completes all creative calculations without third-party algorithm assistance or external server transmission, ensuring all user creative content remains fully local and private. Users are solely responsible for all uploaded images, parameter settings and generated works. The app never collects or analyzes user facial and biometric data during creation, and all AI operations focus only on overall visual effect optimization without facial feature identification or storage.
Users must use Extpanis for legal, positive and personal non-commercial creation only. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, saving and sharing pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, terrorist, illegal and inappropriate content. Users may not create content that infringes third-party copyright, portrait rights and privacy rights, or violates public order and good customs. Users shall only upload legally authorized original images. Although Extpanis does not monitor local user content or transmit private data to third parties, we reserve the right to terminate user usage qualifications for any violation behaviors.
All uploaded images and AI-generated creative works are fully owned by the user. Extpanis will never use, copy, analyze or transmit user creative content for AI training, commercial promotion or third-party cooperation purposes. Users have full control over local works and may freely preview, save, export, delete and share their creations.
We reserve the right to perform version updates, function optimization and bug fixes to improve user experience. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest service rules. All product optimizations will not change Extpanis's core privacy protection mechanisms, including independent self-developed AI operation, zero third-party data transmission and zero facial data collection.
We may revise this User Agreement for product iteration needs. Updated terms will be displayed in the app settings and take effect immediately. Continued application usage represents acceptance of revised terms. Core privacy and independent AI service commitments will never be weakened or changed.
